FEATURED PHOTOS OF THE MONTH #9 (January 2004)

Our trip to Florida continued until January 5th. We visited Everglades, Key West, Miami, and again Fort Myers Beach - probably the best place in all Florida.

First two sets of pictures is from Jolly Roger Trailer Park on Grassy Key, where we were forced to overnight. The smell of fish was incredible and we could barely sleep. The morning was beautiful, however. A group of Pelicans and a floc of about 6 Ruddy Turnstones came very early to feed on the fish left by fishermen.

The last day in Florida we spent on a beautiful beach at Little Estero Laggon. This cute Snowy Egret was present with many other birds, showing us its elegancy. It was one of the best days in my life and it will be always written in my memory. I love Fort Myers Beach. Who desn't!
