October is beautiful here in Slovakia. Bird migration is very intense, country is full of colour and what I like the most
is the Indian summer. Bellow is a photo of a Hooded Crow which I took in a park of Turcianske Teplice. This Crow was
raised in captivity and therefore allowed close approach. Usually they are very afraid of humans. I am very glad to have this
photo in my archive and I especially like the leaves on the grass

I like exotic plants a lot and when I have chance I always try to capture they beauty. One of such plants grows
near my computer desk (in a pot of course). It is a carnivorous pitcher plant. When I was a teenager I was very keen on growing exotic plants,
especially carnivorous ones. At that time they were very expensive and rare. Nowadays they are very
common and you can often find them also in hypermarkets. Anyway, I still like them and I will be still fascinated by them.
Bellow is a photo of one of the pitchers which are hanging from my pitcher plant.
