One of the most exciting trips during this period I made (with Dusan Kerestur and Marian Mojzis from Lucenec) was for sure a trip to visit my long-time-not-seen friend Jozef Lengyel,
a zoologist at CHKO Dunajske Luhy and keen ornithologists specialized in birds of prey and owls. I had a chance to see my first Short-eared Owls
and I had a pleasure to join a nigh net-trapping of owls. We caught both short and long-ears.
